Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash on Delivery, Zelle, and Shop Pay.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours at lxvebox.boise@gmail.com.
Q: When will the order be ready?
A: We process orders quickly. Your gift will be ready the following day. We recommend you place your order two-three days ahead and once one of our team member reaches out, please let us know exactly when you will need it by.
Q: Do you do same day orders?
A: Yes. But there will be additional charge for same day orders. If you place an order before noon it will be $20. After noon, there will be an additional $30 charge to cover the added time, labor, and logistics needed to fulfill last-minute requests. BUT! If you are subscribed with LXVEBOX and are repeat customer, orders over $150, you will not be charged with any additional fees.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship?
A: We do not ship LXVEBOXES at the moment, as the flowers are fresh. However, we do offer delivery within Treasure Valley, Idaho.
Q: How do I add delivery?
A: Currently, we manually arrange deliveries. If you would like your item delivered, please notify us via DM on Instagram (@lxvebox.boise) or email us at lxvebox.boise@gmail.com. Someone from the LXVEBOX team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm your request.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: A team member will reach out to confirm when you need your LXVEBOX and whether you will be picking it up or need delivery. At LXVEBOX, we pride ourselves on hands-on customer service, so you will receive updates throughout the process—from order confirmation to finalizing pickup or delivery, preparation, and drop-off.

A: We do not accept returns, as each LXVEBOX is customized just for you.

A: Yes! We offer personalized options for box type and color online. If you’re looking for a specific style or size that isn’t listed, please reach out—we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
